For a pocket knife, I have to give it a thumbs down due to the sharp-edged thumbstud. Putting my hand in my pocket that the knife is in, the sharpness of the thumbstud ends up slicing my hand. This has happened twice and so I have retired this knife to workshop duty. If this would have happened earlier in my purchase, I would have returned it for another option. Live and learn.

I had been watching online reviews for some time for a reasonably priced good folding knife. A well know You Tuber reviewed the Ontario RAT 2 with D2 steel, After checking others reviews, I chose to order from ONTARIO-KNIFE-STORE.COM. My choice of color was not available so I called the number on the email. The conversation went very well, and I selected another color that was available. Within about a week it was in my hands. I have been carrying it daily for about 2 months and find it to be everything the reviews said. Kudos to both customer service and manufacturing. I only gave this a 4 star rating because I believe everything can be improved upon, although at this time I'm not sure how.

This is a solidly built knife. Not too big, not too small. Perfect for pocket carry, and the blade is exceedingly sharp. Great purchase and highly recommended.

I just received the knife, and wanted to say I now believe all the great reviews I've been reading. The exceptional quality is unimaginable to me for a knife made overseas, especially for the price I paid. I just wish other products from "over there" were made of the same quality as this. I own many edc's from top brands and for the money, this is right at the top for quality and build.

Best value pocket knife out there that I know of. Can't go wrong!
