The Ontario Knife 6504 OKC 3S Bayonet is a fixed blade bayonet and one of the few American made bayonets available today AND is sold to the United States Marine Corps. The 8" combination edge blade is solid with a .200" blade thickness and a flat bevel with secondary flat bevel grind and an HRC of 55-57. A zinc phosphate finish over the 1095 carbon steel blade is sure to keep the blade of this Ontario Knife 6504 OKC 3S Bayonet sharp and in good working condition. The Ontario Knife 6504 OKC 3S Bayonet is complimented by a little over 5" modified brown Hytrel® handle. The Ontario Knife 6504 OKC 3S Bayonet is a bit larger than the M7 Bayonet and comes in at 13.3" in overall length. The Ontario Knife 6504 OKC 3S Bayonet comes complete with a tan Molle Compatible Sheath.

Excellent!
Reminds me of my service issue bayonet. It's exactly the same in every aspect. It took awhile but I got it in over a month. Also the blade came dull. Maybe ontario knife is churning these out too fast. I recommend it!

Bayonet
This bayonet is a must have if you have a bayonet lug on your primary weapon! It will effectively cause vital damage to anywhere you apply it, maiming and killing your enemy with true marine proficiency allowing you to stack up more kills, faster than your teammates who decided to forego such an awesome piece of equipment. Ooh rah! Semper Fi!

Great product, bad packaging
I'd give this product 5 stars, but it came damaged due to poor packaging. The sheath and knife are allowed to rub against each other and slide around the box, scratching up the sheath. This was supposed to be a display piece. To make matters worse they never responded to my complaint email. It wouldn't cost anything to wrap the sheath in some foam or even packing paper...something.

The listing did not show the item back ordered when I ordered in December. I received the item in April. When I received the blade the finish looked chalky and poor, I was initially upset, I oiled the blade and the finish normalized. The knife arrived with very noticeable burring along the serrations and the fine edge. The grind was quite uneven along the curve of the blade, and the blade was not very sharp. Quick work on some diamond stones brought the sharpness back and I deburred the serrations. I am less than pleased with the initial unboxing, but after showing some love to it it has shaped up well. I hope the ones they make for our Marines are finished better than mine.

OKC3S Bayonet, I love it.
It will take time for the product to be delivered, but once it got here I fell in love with it. I am not a knife expert or anything so i cant give an in dept review. But as a person who wanted a really good bayonet, I am very happy with this product.

Probably the best blade you can have in terms of its materials, durability, and appropriate geometry for stabbing and slicing.

Marine bayonet
It's a good-looking well-made bayonet but it does not come very sharp probably worse than most machetes come but I put a good Edge on it but as soon as I got it I haven't been able to get it razor sharp like I like it though. That's the only reason I gave it four out of five stars...
