Made to US Government Military Specifications
Easy to wield, the CT2 12" Sawback Cutlass Machete has been made to military specifications for 60+ years. The Ontario CT2 12" Cutlass sawback Machete with a sawback features a full tang 1095 Carbon steel blade with a zinc phosphate finish giving this machete durability, strength and longevity. The CT2 sawback Machete features a plain edge, .125" thick blade with a Rockwell Hardness Rating of 52-55 HRC. The high impact polymer handle is shatterproof and is tightly held by steel compression rivets. The CT2 sawback Cutlass Machete is 17.7" in overall length. The CT2 12" Sawback Cutlass Machete is not only an ideal camping tool, it works flawlessly for brush cutting and clearing.
