Overall, the Ontario 18" D-Handle Field Machete is 23.3" comprised of an 18" high carbon steel blade and an orange molded plastic D-Handle. A nylon packlock sheath with a heavy liner is available and sold separately. The blade on the Ontario 18" Black D-Handle Field Machete is 52-55HRC.
